I love Wave Inspires and have probably gone through about a half-dozen pairs from version 8 up until these 11s. I love them! I overpronate slightly, and these give me just the support I need while still being very lightweight. Love the new blue color with red stripe; Ive paired them with some LOCK LACES (Elastic No Tie Shoelaces) (Red, 48-Inch) and they look very sharp! The only drawback is I *hate* this ugly reflective label sticker thingy theyve added to the side near the back. Ugh! I know, Im not trying to win a fashion show here, but still.. what gives, Mizuno??

I dont usually write reviews unless a product is exceptional and these shoes are exceptional. I have wide flat feet so it is difficult for me to find running shoes that fit well. I started wearing Mizuno shoes with the inspire 7 and I loved them, then the 8 was even better. I didnt care for the look of the 9s or the 10s but my 8s were showing significant signs wear so replacement was inevitable. I started looking at the inspire 9s and as usual they only make one color in the EE width but I really liked the grey and Green so I ordered myself a pair and they are by far the most comfortable of them all. The outer part of the shoe isnt as impressive as my previous two pair, they are just following Nike with the simplistic approach and time will tell if they are as durable, my 5 year old 7s still look and feel great other than the white fabric has gotten dirty same with the 8s. I did buy a pair of Brooks GTS 14s a couple of years ago because I wanted a pair of solid black shoes and Mizuno d

This is my 5th Mizuno Inspire shoe. One 9, three 10s and now this 11. I was one who loved the 9, but didnt hate the 10. I put in around 250 miles each on my first two pairs 10s and am working through the third pair. I personally never saw most of the problems noted by other users except for my first pair did start to get the hole in the upper at the fore foot bend. Tiny hole at 200 miles, not much bigger by the time I retired them. No big deal, honestly. That being said, the 11s biggest improvement is the upper. It is as if Mizuno completely dumped everything they did with the 10 and went back to the 9s upper to tweak it for the 11. It is simply fantastic. Fit is locked in without being tight, inner materials are nicer and it looks good. I wear very thin socks when running and I feel nothing rubbing, pinching or pressing. It also has a bit more cushioning. When I got back from a 6 mile first run, I looked at the sock liners of the 10 and the 11. The 11 seems to be made of different foa

I run for fitness, but not much more than 20-40 minutes a day on the treadmill. With that in mind, I can say this about these shoes:- They are very comfortable to wear, when running, lifting weights, or just walking around- The footbed feels pretty firm until you start running on them, then they begin to feel very supportive. This is a quality I actually like quite a bit- They are really light.- They lace up nicely with no weird pressure points- The shoe laces they come with stay tied really well- They look hillariously bright and thats cool with me :)
