Shipping & Returns


We offer customers a quick and happy shopping. International shipping is handled by Air INTERNATIONAL EMS Express Company, DHL, TNT. Delivery time vary by destination.

As usual, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after we received your payment and confirm your shipping address. Normally The Shipping term is 7-14 business days. All package need to be signed up. And If Nobody is home at time of delivery, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package for pickup For SomeTime. And we will inform you by Mail. Pls Be attention To The Tracking Status. If Not. The package will return to sender. And we Don't Cover the Cost. Thanks

We only accept below 3 reasons for returns.
1. Wrong Size (Like you did US8=EURO41. We sent you US9.5=EURO 43)
2. Wrong items shipped
3. Defective items

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange are: I ordered the wrong size, item looks different in the photo, color is lighter or darker in the photo, I changed my mind with the current order and want a different order, etc.

Pls Offer us the right address And Mail. and as well we will contact with you by mail when the package are unattempted delivery. Or if the package return.The customer will charge 35usd/per for shipping cost.

Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 24-48 hours of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

All returns must be authorized

To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.

* Physical damage to a product caused by the user don't apply to this policy.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope yoou can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Friendly Notice:

We do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Our online store reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has been worn, used or altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee will be charged to customer credit card and footwear will be returned to customer. Purchaser pay shipping charges to return products to us and a shipping charge will be added to all exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file immediately upon arrival of returned item.
